Ultimate Complex Care Ltd delivers complex care services to clients in their own homes. Clients receiving complex care have substantial and ongoing healthcare needs. These can be the result of chronic illness, disabilities or following hospital treatment.

What is complex care?

Complex care is a holistic care service that provides support in all aspects of the physical, clinical, cognitive and social needs of our clients. Ultimate Complex care managers offer support with complex medical needs, and our registered nurses and care assistants provide a one-to-one care service enabling complex care clients to remain in their own homes with dignity and independence.
Ultimate Complex Care Ltd offers bespoke complex care services to clients with a range of different needs. From heartfelt companionship and support with light domestic tasks to specialist care and bespoke support for different medical conditions. Our complex home care services are holistic, flexible and beneficial service for those with ongoing needs.

Which conditions does complex care support?

Any complex care client has a unique set of requirements and needs. At Ultimate Complex Care, we see everyone as an individual with their own needs and wishes, and our care is designed to be entirely bespoke. We ensure that our services are clearly outlined in an individual care plan, which is regularly reviewed and updated. Visiting care, live-in care, and a combination of the two, are all entirely flexible services to accommodate for changing needs and wishes over time.
